Beyond A Nightmare!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST’S!! What an absolute nightmare I had with them! I ordered a oasis patio set and it was supposed to arrive on the Monday! I got a text from Tufnells on the Friday to say it would be delivered Monday, well Monday came & gone! No patio set! Cue the nightmare! Rang all round fun on the Tuesday to see where this patio set was they had no idea! Apparently Tufnells lost it???? So they issued another one for GUARANTEED next day delivery. So another text from Tufnells to say they are delivering on the Wednesday with good old Gareth the delivery driver! Some hope at least of getting the patio set now! BUT NO! Wednesday came & gone and again no patio set!!!! I rang in again on the Thursday to hear how Tufnells had smashed it!! Apparently!! And to wait to see if another set would arrive on the Friday!! Well no set Friday that’s 3 sets all mysteriously all not delivered so fed up of this game now I requested to cancel my order and refund me!! TO WHICH CHARLOTTE assured me my refund has been processed!! Come Wednesday still no refund showing . Basically I had to get my bank to refund me!!! This company lies about sending out goods, blames Tufnells- who you have no way of contacting as they have no phone number!! And They lie about processing refunds!! My advice steer clear get your stuff from well known stores NOT these scammers!!

Two weeks later we are still waiting on our item. Have emailed customer services. A week later still no reply.

Absolutely great
Absolutely great! Over the moon with our new garden furniture, such good quality and came in 2 days! Will deffo be using again!!
Do not buy from this company, I have sofa garden set I cannot use and cannot get in touch with company.
NEW
Ordered 5 Seater Black Corner Lounge Set in time for the nice weather. Delivery arrived late compared to the online ETA at time of order. When it did arrive & I have went to assemble the set I have received one box of grey parts which are not part of the set so cannot make up the furniture.
I have tried several different methods to make contact with the company email/ phone /im/ fbk msg/ posted on fbk account and still no reply.
This is the worst customer experience and now I have paid for a set that I cannot make up due to missing parts.

The products are excellent value, but delivery always late
The products are excellent value for money, and do exactly what they say on the tin. Ordered from them twice now and the stated delivery date has never been met, frustrating if you arrange time off to wait for it to come. But great otherwise

Delivery was dumped on doorstep in…
Delivery was dumped on doorstep in clear view of street, with no signature obtained. Parcel was split and damaged with parts missing. Have messaged customer service on 3 separate occasions with only an automated response. No replies from company despite promise of getting back to everyone within 24 hours. Now got a useless pagoda and I’m £140 out of pocket - not a happy customer!!

Pool no matt no filters
Got the pool and under matt and filters …
Pool turned up on time matt two days later which you need to put under pool before filling.. then filters have not come yet.. so dont see the point in sending pool.
But cant use until everything has arrived..

First time I've bought from this…
First time I've bought from this company, I looked through all the reviews and have to say I was actually in two minds to order. Anyway I went with my gut feeling and ordered my Corner dining set.I certainly wasn't disappointed.Customer Services kept me up to date with my order and it arrived within a week and its up in my garden. Love it. The only thing I would say is there wasn't enough screws.....

Poor service
Poor service. I have had 3 attempts at delivery as it was sent to the wrong address. I rang and changed the address and they STILL went to the wrong address. The courier is unable to change the delivery address so I have now been waiting for 3 weeks for delivery. had to return to sender and get a refund. The internet chat doesn't work as they never reply. utterly disappointing

great from start to finish corner sofa arrived on time (within a few days) very easy to assemble. It’s very comfy and looks amazing, also excellent price ????

So far I have not received my goods, have not received a updated on when to expect my order despite my original delivery date being a week ago. I have made two calls to all round fun to be told ‘well I don’t really know.’ Payment has been taken.
